Thank you for visiting and shopping at Auvré. Following is our shipping policy. 


We strive to ship all your orders as soon as possible. The processing time of your order is 2-5 business days. We ship out orders Monday-Friday through the week. Once the item is shipped, the delivery time depends on your selected postal service.


Shipping During Sale/Promotion Events:

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during our sales and promotions, the processing and shipping timeframe does increase to 5-10 days. 


If you place an order and need the item urgently, kindly please email us at info@auvrelifestyle.com or reach us at 815-839-3369 along with the order number and we can look to see if we can expedite your order for you.


Shipping Time Frame for PRE-ORDER:


All pre-orders take 4-5weeks for us to get that in-house. Then it takes additional 5 days to do the quality check and process your order. Once we are ready with your order, we will notify you. 



Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

AUVRÉ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
